VICK, McPHEE & LIU (VML) has been in existence for more than 25 years and is a specialty law firm concentrating on Canadian immigration and citizenship law only. The firm has two principals, Mr. Richard A. McPhee and Mr. Nigel H. Thomson, five paralegals, and seven support staff serving the needs of employers and clients. We believe we are Western Canada's largest law firm specializing in immigration law. We also have Branch Offices in Richmond, headed by Mr. Louis K.C. Wong and in Surrey, by Ms. Divya Bakshi Arya.
